Subscription Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") governs your subscription to BNR Inspection Software. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined herein, in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

Starter Plan - $99/month

  • Up to 50 inspections per month
  • Client portal and management
  • PDF exports with branding
  • Calendar and booking system
  • Email support
  • Mobile app access

Professional Plan - $199/month

  • SLA with 99.9% uptime guarantee

3. Billing and Payment

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount.

Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees automatically.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. Continued failure may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first billing period. Free trial eligibility is limited to one per user or organization.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. The new rate takes effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrades: You may downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Access to premium features is maintained until then.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date.

No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time, except as required by law or as outlined in our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 7).

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to renewals or subsequent billing periods.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before implementing any price increase. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Usage Limits

Subscription plans include specific usage limits (e.g., number of inspections, team members). If you exceed these limits, you may:

  • Upgrade to a higher-tier plan
  • Purchase additional capacity (where available)
  • Experience service restrictions until limits are reset

We reserve the right to enforce usage limits to maintain service quality for all users.

10. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Professional and Starter Plans: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages.

For Corporate Plan: We guarantee 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your Corporate Plan agreement.

11. Data Retention

Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription:

  • You will have 30 days to export your data
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • We are not responsible for data loss after the retention period
  • Corporate Plan subscribers may negotiate extended data retention

12. Lifetime License Option

We offer a one-time Lifetime License for users who prefer not to subscribe:

  • One-time payment with lifetime access
  • Includes all Professional Plan features
  • Lifetime updates and support
  • Self-hosted deployment option
  • Source code access
  • Contact sales for pricing and availability

13. Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, or similar charges. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes associated with your subscription. If we are required to collect or pay taxes, these will be added to your invoice.

14. Suspension for Non-Payment

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we may suspend your access to the Service. Your account will be reactivated upon successful payment of all outstanding fees. Accounts suspended for more than 30 days may be terminated, and data may be deleted.

15. Corporate and Enterprise Agreements

Organizations requiring custom terms, volume licensing, or enhanced SLAs should contact our sales team. Custom enterprise agreements supersede the standard terms outlined in this document.

16. Modifications to Agreement

We may modify this Subscription Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued subscription after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
